Anhydrous Cosmetics Become The New Trend? eye shadow

In recent years, the trend of environmental protection has swept the European and American cosmetics market, such as "cruelty-free" (the product does not use animal experiments in the whole process of research and development), "vegan" (the product formula does not use any animal-derived raw materials) and other products. It is favored by Generation Z in Europe and America who pay more attention to safety, health and ecological environment issues. And after the seniors made a big splash, a new magic spell appeared again, that is "waterless cosmetics". According to the data released by WGSN (UK Trend Forecast Service Provider) in the "2022 World Popular Beauty Trend Report", water saving and environmental protection, fast makeup, usability and sustainability will all be the focus of R&D personnel this year.

The French cosmetics industry has set off a "trend" of water-free cosmetics. In the past, there were only soap bars on the shelf, but now a large number of solid water-free products have appeared, such as shampoo, conditioner series, facial care produced by Les savons de Joya. The section is also stocked with La Rosée's stick mask, and Lamazuna's Shea Butter Waterless Makeup Remover, Butter Waterless Cream, and more.

Elizabeth Lavelle, founder of the well-known consulting agency Utopies, has publicly stated: "I think the water-free cosmetics market will continue to grow because it is at the intersection of several ecological issues." In addition, Mintel Beauty Makeup and Personal Care Department Director Vivian Ruder also believes that future beauty products must have a clear environmental stance, showing consumers the brand's solution to water shortages and helping them control their personal water use.

Chinese suppliers may be able to produce water-free cosmetics for European and American countries.
