Q: What are your prices?

A: As a custom manufacturer, our prices vary based on specific requirements, raw material costs, and order quantities. Please contact us with your details, and we will provide an updated price list or a formal quotation tailored to your needs.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Yes, we require a minimum order quantity for all international orders to ensure production efficiency. If you are looking for smaller quantities for a start-up or trial run, please contact our sales team to discuss our "Ready-to-Ship" options or lower MOQ policies.

Q: Can I get samples for testing?

A: Absolutely! We highly recommend testing our products. Please send us a message detailing the samples you need—whether it’s color cosmetics, skincare, or beauty tools—and we will arrange them for you.

Q: Can you supply relevant documentation and certifications?

A: Yes. We are a GMPC and ISO 22716 certified manufacturer. We offer full OEM/ODM services, and all our custom formulas comply with EU and FDA regulations (Paraben-Free, Cruelty-Free, Vegan, etc.). We can provide MSDS and COA documents for every item.

Q: What is the average lead time?

A: Samples: Approximately 7 days.

Mass Production: Generally 45 days (including packaging production) after receipt of deposit. Lead times begin once we receive the deposit and your final approval on samples/artwork. If you have an urgent deadline, please discuss it with your sales representative; we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), Western Union, and PayPal. Standard Terms: 30% deposit in advance, and the 70% balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or before shipment.

Q: What is your product warranty?

A: We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction. Whether under warranty or not, it is our company culture to address and resolve any customer concerns promptly and fairly.

Q: Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

A: Yes. We use high-quality export-grade packaging to ensure safety. For special items, we use specialized hazard packing or temperature-controlled packaging (for temperature-sensitive formulas). Note that specialized or non-standard packaging requirements may incur additional charges.

Q: How about shipping fees?

A: Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, volume, and shipping method.

Express: Fastest but most expensive.

Sea Freight: Best solution for large orders. We can provide exact freight rates once we know your order details. Please contact us for a quote.
