Engraving Lipstick Production Process

Hot air stabilization: The hot air passes through the belt heat gun, which gently melts the surface of the lipstick, making it look bright and preventing shrinkage holes in the lipstick.

Demourding stage: Here the lipstick is rotated into the shell by the machine, and the lipstick is placed into the tube.

Finally, the design is carved on the paste by using microcarving and embossing technology.
